"Masha" - Twig and ink, 49 x 25 cm, 1995. One of the more successful short poses we were put through in the life drawing class. This one took 10 minutes. We were made to use broken twigs instead of a pen to ensure we didn't have too much control over the technique. I use a sponge to provide the shading. Not many of the short poses are worth looking at!. [19 kbytes].
